How do I make a return?Updated a year ago

If you are unsatisfied with our products we will offer you a full refund within 30 days from the ship-out date. Please note, that once you exceed the 30 days we will not offer any refunds.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable once tracking information has been generated.  

How to Return 

We’re here to help! Just send an email to our customer care team at [email protected] with: 

  1. Order Confirmation Number
  2. A picture of the Lot Code information from your package (this can be found on the back of the packaging)
